wk 5: The task allocations + minutes

Week 5 meeting minutes:

(P.S. The dialogue was quite rapid so not all subjects were noting in time hence a short minutes transcript).

Hayley: We have to do personal profiles. Last week we talked about templates for people to fill in so we will brainstorm what to include this week.

Paul: Also you should check out last years black collar website for pointers, there are some good aspects to that website and some bad ones as well.

Hayley: I will take the personal profiles home and do the template.

Job allocations described at the point. (See end of minutes).

Hayley: there are 28 people in the class at the moment, each person should get 4 to 6 pictures each on their page. As we should decide how many images of their work to include.

Ben: Can't people have more than 6 images then?

James: We should have either 4 or 6 images.

To which we all agreed.

Paul: We need to make sure the images are saved for web or the file size and load time will be huge as the black collar people clearly didn't do this because most of their images take way too long to load.

Jo: Who found that.

Hayley, Paul, Mariam and Dan to hassle people to get the materials for the website.

Hayley: We will take two people each.

Dan: Next week we'll assign everyone.

Me: Who's taking the mug shots?
